The Parts Tab is available to Enterprise subscribers. It is not available to Essentials subscribers.
Starting with the release of DGIS 5.2, the Parts screen displays a revised user interface.
When you click on the Parts Tab, you'll notice that instead of buttons, there is now a checkbox for the different Part statuses. The checkboxes are 'Active', 'Edit or New Status', 'To Be Approved' and 'Disabled'. The Active checkbox is selected by default.
If you leave the search field empty and click the Search button, you'll see a list of all your Active part numbers. A page "x" of "total pages" will appear to the right of the section header Search Results. Use the navigation arrows to move forwards or backwards between pages.
To begin a new search, uncheck the checkbox (box is empty), reselect the desired checkbox(es) and click the Search button. You are not limited to one checkbox selection; you can put a checkmark in more than one checkbox.
Navigating to another DGIS Tab (Home, Shipping Papers, Administration) and clicking back on the Parts Tab will also clear your search results.
The Export button remains unchanged. Clicking the Export button allows you to save your search results in a csv format.
