Registering your RegStick

We are currently experiencing issues with the regstick registration process, therefore you will be unable to register your regstick on your own. Please email technical support with a copy of your license key and invoice so we can activate it for you! techsupport@labelmaster.com or 1-800-578-4955

Note: The RegStick application requires that Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework be installed on the computer. This can be found on the USB drive in the Framework folder or can be downloaded here.

Registering your RegStick:

When you receive your RegStick you will also receive registration instructions.
Included in these instructions is a registration link and a license key. Type the URL (https://www.dgis.com/app/license.aspx?target=RegStick&key= ) into your address bar and you will be directed to the End User Agreement.

Accept the terms. Input your license key that was included in your packaging.

After opening the RegStick application, you will be prompted to login. Though this is likely the only time you will have to input your username and password, keep that information in a safe spot in case you are prompted in the future.

Sign in and you will be directed to the RegStick Quick Start Page.

Updating your RegStick:

The Regstick may prompt you to complete an update upon opening for the first time and at other times throughout the year.

Note: Some downloads may be large and might take a few moments to download depending on your connection speed.
