Under Administration > Password Enhancements is the ability to control different options for the passwords that each User uses. You can choose to:
- Require a password change after a certain amount of time
- Lock out users if they have a certain number of failed login attempts
- Auto-unlock users that have been locked out after a certain amount of time
- View locked out users
- View how many failed login attempts they have made
Check the box next to Enable Password Enhancements, make any selections you want to make, and then be sure to click on Save in the top right hand corner to save any changes made.
Under Administration > Electronic Signatures is where you can add an electronic signature for a particular user. Each User has the option to have an electronic signature that will print on an International Air Shipper's Declaration. Click on Add Signature in the top right hand corner to add a new signature.
From there you can assign the signature to a User by selecting them from the Owner User Name drop-down list. Click Browse to select the signature. The signature file must be no more than 200 Kbytes and have a maximum dimension of 160px wide x 40px high. Then click on save.
The signature can then be edited by selecting the Pencil icon under Edit Signature.
